Rates exclude all beverages, gratuities, laundry, meals and activities not mentioned.
Shoswe Lodge has a liquor license to serve alcohol.
The use of the pool is done at your own risk – please do not leave children unattended.
Children younger than 13 years old are not allowed to go on guided bush walks without parental supervision.
No pets allowed.
All tariffs quoted are subject to change, without prior notice. However, rates quoted for confirmed bookings will be honoured.
The lodge is surrounded by wild animals, so be vigilant when walking or cycling on the reserve and make sure children are supervised at all times.
PAYMENT:
A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation charge is required to confirm reservation. Full payment is required four weeks prior to arrival. Please note that all bookings are considered provisional until deposit is paid. Deposit is due fourteen days after the invoice has been accepted.
CANCELLATIONS:
Four weeks before arrival – 50% of full amount
Two weeks before arrival – 75% of full amount
One week or less – 100% of full amount.
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE:
Guests may arrive any time from 14:00pm, and rooms are to be vacated by 10:00am. Late check-outs will be charged for at R250 per person.
